Refund/Cancellation Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchases, you may contact us in order to return it. Returns must be made within 30 days from the date you received it. We implement refund/return polices under the following circumstances/situations:

  • In case a wrong product has been sent
  • In case the product is severely damaged / unusable or missing parts
  • In case of payment duplication
  • In case your order takes too long to be shipped

The following conditions must be met for an eligible return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • You must have the original packaging.
  • The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. 

Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
